Fixes the building of the native applications

Antoniy Kunchev requested to merge i-did-it-to-myself into main

  • Adjusted the resources required for the native application building. The previously copied files from Ontotext Refine are now properly updated in order to produce native installers for the demo application.

  • Fixed the package structure so that Spring can properly register the controllers and beans.

  • Trimmed the pom.xml a little so that it can produce correct, usable JAR that can be executed via the application launcher.
